The weekend of January 19-20, my sister Beth came down to meet Isaac. He's been a popular guy lately!
You can see below how he loves his panda bear. It has long arms and legs that velcro together, supposedly around a rolled-up fleece blanket that came with it, and he just loves to chew on the velcro. The arms and legs are the perfect size for grabbing, and the velcro feels good on his gums, which are teething. In fact you can see his two bottom teeth in one of the pictures below.
Beth brought down the bouncy chair that all of Isaac's cousins have used. It took him a few minutes to get the hang of it, but now he can't get enough! Check him out bouncing to his heart's content:

It really wears him out too! Just a few minutes in the chair and he's good for at least a two hour nap.
I also got some shots of him eating his prunes, which he actually likes.
Beth and I went for a walk down to Fish Frittanga, a little seafood place down the road, then headed to the beach. We were planning on walking on the beach, but even with Isaac's jogging stroller and its big wheels, it's just no match for the sand. We ended up dragging the thing a ways and then just parking it. Do you think we overdressed Ike a little bit?
On Sunday night, Lucy, Emma, and Lucy's mom Amparo came over. I love Amparo's expressions in the pictures below. The kids had a good time playing, although Ike wasn't too excited to have to share his playpen with Emma.
