Brian came down for a visit over Easter weekend. He and Adam went diving several times, and even to Cozumel for an overnight trip and a few dives there. He also came down like Santa Claus with tons of goodies for Ike from him and from Grandma Margie.
One of the days we went to the pool, where Isaac got to use his new pool floatie from Uncle Brian. It has a nifty sunshade and holds him up at the right height in the water. One of the things Isaac's been doing a lot lately is squishing his face into things, even the ground to help himself sit up. But when he did it in the pool he got a faceful of water! You can see our lovely hotel zone skyline in the background.
Isaac's been standing up a lot and even trying to pry open the screen doors (or failing that, flail at them until they pop out of the track). We got some nice family pics on Easter, although the little guy was cranky and not afraid to show it. Grandma Margie sent down some designer duds for Isaac for Easter, including a Calvin Klein onesie and shorts, and a "baby's first Easter" bib. We like to channel ZZ Top and sing that "every girl's crazy 'bout a sharp dressed baby!"
On Easter we also grilled out.
