February Update - Part I

February has been a very busy month, both work-wise and with Isaac.  He's been getting more and more active, and now requires constant attention.  He does not like being put in his playpen anymore, and much prefers being given free rein to scooch on his tummy all over the floor.  He hasn't gotten the hang of crawling yet, but he can get around by pulling himself forward using his hands and forearms, and pushing off his left foot (for some reason, only the left, so he tends to go in circles).  From a sitting position he can grab onto anything within reach and pull up to a standing position.  He'll stand for several minutes until he gets tired, then yells for someone to help him down.

I got a few shots of our native wildlife below - an ibis and a lizard.

Check out these videos:

Playing on the Grass - Isaac gets a feel of the grass on his bum and isn't sure if he likes it.  Check out his shiver near the end of the video.

Playpen Time - how do you get out of this thing?

Headbanger - Adam did it when he was a kid (and a little bit now), is it hereditary?
