Isaac is now three months old and is getting more active every day. His newest trick is to hold onto something. He can't yet reach out and grab it, but he bats at toys with his fist, and if you put an object in his hand, he'll hold on, shake it around and put it in his mouth.
My mom had brought down a blue onesie with a crab on it that I wore as a baby. I put him in it and took a picture.
Giving him a bath in the sink this weekend, I realized how much he had grown since he was born. Click here to check out his bath pictures from two months ago for comparison.
Oklahoma and Notre Dame played at the same time last weekend, so we had to configure a joint TV/computer-watching scheme so we could both see our games. Ike wore his ND gear in the afternoon and OU at night. Saturday afternoon he was snoozy after his meal, and we took a short video of him - click here to see it. He woke up once he realized football was on. That evening he was hanging out on the couch and we caught him on tape sucking on his fist. He can really work that thing over.
It's been raining here this week, but the upside is that on Monday morning we had a beautiful rainbow in our backyard.
